Service Excellence
Our Delivery Associates are the face of our company. We are looking for positive, responsible people that take pride in driving customer satisfaction. We are hiring for both full time and part time Delivery Associate positions. FT schedules are 4 days a week, 10 hours a day and drivers are expected to be available to be scheduled for at least 1 weekend day.

Physical Requirements:

The Delivery Associate role is a physically demanding job that requires individuals to load their assigned packages into their delivery vehicles daily. They are required to get in and out of their delivery van and deliver an average of 300 packages a day. It is important that this is recognized to maintain consistently high quality service for our customers and to ensure the health and safety of our team members.

Must be able to deliver 300+ packages during a 10-hour work shift
Must be able to lift and carry packages up to 50lbs.
Must be able to maintain a fast-paced walk, climb stairs, squat, bend, kneel, crouch and reach overhead repeatedly through out a work shift.
Must drive a large cargo van with a high roof
Must be able to handle stressful workloads and driving demands including inclement driving conditions.

Basic Requirements:

At Go Via, we provide appropriate paid training to support our employees and provide confidence that they can perform their jobs effectively and safely. For us to support our service excellence commitment, these are the basic requirements to go to work at Go Via Logistics.

Minimum 21 years old with valid driver’s license (No CDL required)
Authorized to work in the US
Must consent to a background check
Must consent to a 4 panel drug screen
Must have a clean driving record
Capable of operating a smartphone and utilize GPS
Follow verbal and written instructions
Safely operate delivery vehicle
Successfully handle and deliver packages to customers on time
Available to work weekend and holidays
Work with support teams to provide exceptional customer service and address customer concerns
Positive attitude, customer obsessed, and able to work as a team.
